You have your own washer and dryer, a separate work from home area, and a full kitchen at your disposal! Only ten minutes up the canyon and a few minutes off the highway, you are close to Denver and its suburbs, NEAR TO RED ROCKS, while also close to the mountains.
The entire home (main house and guest suite) is new construction and thus everything within your area is newly minted! This lofted space has stairs up to a laundry room and a desk and chair for remote work opportunities! The main space has a pullout leather couch, a bar table with three stools, and a full kitchen (with a Nespresso, an induction cook top, mini fridge and separate mini freezer, and all of the preparation space one could ask for). The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a firm mattress, mattress cover, pillow covers, and closet space for hanging and cubbies for storage, if you care to unpack. The full bathroom is attached with a well pressured shower, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, and towels galore! Should you need anything during your stay, we're on the premises and would be more than happy to assist!

Applicant has the right to provide the landlord with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the landlord with a PTSR, the landlord is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR.
