"It’s a beautiful area with friendly people. There are some traffic issues with the growth though. Homes are nice but expensive. Good schools and parks. "

"Great area for privacy in the woods, but loud road noise, unfortunately. Not many children around here."

"Lived here for 16 years and it has grown enormously. Some of the growing pains are increased traffic, property crimes are more common and taxes are pretty high. Overall it is a very family friendly place to live with beautiful views."

"Commute is 35 min to Seattle or 25 min to Bellevue. Add 20 min to each during traffic. Getting out of the neighborhood is sometimes difficult in the morning as traffic backs up at the on ramp to I-90."

"I ve lived in the area 4 years. Our neighborhood has a real sense of community. Kids play together well and we have frequent neighborhood block parties and get togethers. "

"At 7 am it takes 20 min to get out of the neighborhood and onto the interstate. The morning commute is the only time the on ramp is backed up. 25 min to Bellevue but 45 with traffic "

"4th of July and Halloween in the neighborhood are amazing since the church up here gets with the community to do a big shindig."

"There are lots of families here but it’s getting very crowded. I grew up here and wanted to raise a family here, but I know once I graduate from college I won’t come back. "

"Super friendly, family oriented, low crime, overall great neighborhood. Quick drive into issaquah or Bellevue, however feels like you are away from the bustle"
- Marla J.

"The Ridge is lovely. Very family oriented, with so many activities through the association. Not overcrowded like the Plateau where we moved from. Less traffic, and very well kept overall."
- Ridgemom

"Love this area of the Ridge - you can take the trail all the way to the falls - and it is right next to the TPC. A friend lives in the Allman Ave neighborhood. I love that it is a quiet neighborhood away from all of the Ridge traffic. We live at the top of the ridge but are thinking of moving to Allman if we can. We have kids at Cascade View but besides it being shiney and new, we are not impressed with how new and inexperienced our teachers are. Would love a chance to move them to SES"
