"it's mostly a safe area, but there is a homeless presence in the neighborhood that tends to leave some mess on the sidewalks at times. it's a nice quiet neighborhood and dog friendly. sometimes people walk through the allies talking loudly which can be disruptive but that's my only complaint. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for a year and it's not the best. There's a lot of theft and because I live next to the park, there's hardly ever parking. I would not walk this neighborhood at night or alone. It is close to a lot of things which is a plus."

"Lots of positivity, skate culture, music, family. It’s great for establishment. Everything his close, great area to network in. Great to come back home after traveling.
