My name is Pamela I am the Owner so you are now dealing with the final decision maker. I tell you this information because there are so many manipulated ads on these sites that are notorious for reposting historic ads or manipulating existing ads to populate their sites to appear they have a lot more inventory than they do this is also a problem with agents and Brokers manipulating our ads to try to generate leads and or request we the owners pay them Commission hence I want to assure you you are dealing directly with the owner here.

THIS IS AN EXECUTIVE LEVEL/TURN KEY-MEANING EVERYTHING, DISHES, LINENS, BEDROOM, ETC, FULLY FUNISHED 3 BEDROOM PLUS SEPARATE FULLY FURNISHED OFFICE, 1 BATH.

Note: The still pictures are current the virtual tour was virtually furnished so DOES NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL FURNISHINGS.

More pictures of the CURRENT/ACTUAL furnishings coming soon!!

EXTREMELY popular
area. Close to EVERYTHING/ANYTHING you could possibly want with a 98 walking score yet very quit street/neighborhood as street is a major bike rout in San Fran. with street closed from traffic except those who live on street and delivery folks. Area is WONDERFULLY neighborly every day see people jogging, bicycling, skate boarding, walking their dogs, play ball in the street, etc., because of its closure to throw traffic implemented during the Pandemic.

This is one of, if not the, most sought after areas in San Francisco by young professionals as it is walking distance to virtually anything you want and, since the Pandemic, the street is closed to traffic except those who live on the street and delivery vehicles. It is also a designated bicyclist street. It is therefore very common on the MANY sun flooded days to see people playing ball in the street, bicycling, skate boarding, walking their dogs, jogging, just hanging out with neighbors, and of course bicyclists, etc.

It has an awesome, very neighborly vibe yet a stones throw to anything/everything you could possibly want/think of.

3D TOUR OF UNIT AND FLOOR PLAN BREAKDOWN:
NOTE: one bedroom is smaller than the other two but very user friendly. It is currently furnished with a loft bed that includes a built in desk on one side. and a dresser on the other. the loft bed frees up the footprint of the bedroom below. And, as mentioned the bedroom also has a walk-in closet.

The unit has a separate furnished office large cherry desk with full hutch, desk lamp, office chair, LOTS of storage shelves and operable dual pane window=bright lots of ambient light.

FYI: v.-tour is virtually staged meaning THAT IS NOT HOW IT IS ACTUALLY FURNISHED, for example, the small bedroom currently is a furnished with a full size loft bed, built in desk, two chairs, dresser, chest of drawers, etc.

So, don't be distracted by the virtual staging the room as furnished is extremely user friendly and VERY accommodating as you will see. Pic.s to follow soon)

Huge shared yard is flooded with sun, very private as surrounded by only a few residential Victorian apartments also. GREAT place to work out, work on laptop, sun bathe, relax, barbecue, etc. All the more life convenient due to HUGE free shared laundry room off the yard so can relax while doing laundry, barbecuing, entertaining guests, working out, relaxing, etc.

HISTORY OF HOW POPULAR THE PROPERTY IS BASED ON HOW LONG TENANTS TEND TO STAY AT PAGE STREET: You/Your group will be the SECOND group to live here since extensively remodeled upgraded. Last group of grad.s directly out of Yale stayed for seven and a half years until one of them decided to get masters degree from Stanford so the group broke up.

A long term tenant who lives upstairs-young business professional, absolute stellar human being-he has lived in his 1-bedroom unit for more than NINE+ YEARS.

Prior tenants who lived in top floor 3-bedroom (directly above this unit) lived there for SIX AND A HALF years until one of the girls (I called them my Google girls as all were college roommates in Southern CA and all picked up by Google on their mutual graduation date move to Page Street Apt 4) The girls lived here until one of the girls went to live with her boyfriend in Berkley.

  • Kristin R.
"Much cleaner/quieter than Upper Haight, but still a lot of dive bars & a younger scene with some families & older folks. More diverse than most areas which is refreshing. Cole Valley is more of the “yuppie’ family area if you’re looking for cleaner streets, very safe & kid friendly restaurants/streets to bike on etc."

"One of the best places to live in San Francisco due to its proximity to MUNI and the freeways. Shopping is so close and the diversity of the people make up a new mixture of mission-castro-nobhill. We call if very liveable......"

"I've lived in lower haight since 2002 and it started out hip and cool and has just continued to get more interesting, and fun to live in. It has a great mixture of nightlife, cafes, parks, beautiful housing, great transit, a gregarious stream of bicycles along the wiggle and a good mixture of inner urban singles, dog owners, and familes. Check out haighteration if you want a blow by blow description, but I couldn't recommend any other part of the city more highly. It's geographically centered with easy freeway access, a the pan handle if you want to bike to golden gate park, or walking distance to castro, church, hayes valley. Wouldn't live anywhere else."
