"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 20 years. It’s safe and quiet. But parking is scarce. Living close to the water is very relaxing. Lots of great free events at the bandshell. 4th of July fireworks are the best. "

"The North Beach District of Miami Beach is a wonderful place to live and work.
