8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSave your money and buy a house zoned to Cibolo Creek or Currington. My overall rating would be a 2 across the board . The teacher to student ratio is not the 18-1 as reported it’s more like 23-1 . There should be other questions asked on this survey that aren’t . What about curriculum? What about school lunches ? 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBoth my kids went through the Boerne ISD school system. Cibilo Creek elementary was the only school we all liked. Many of the teachers and staff have left because they could not stand it anymore from middle schools to Champion.We have watched over the years as populations increase, quality decrease. They cannot handle nor were ready for the rapid changes and growth. They put up a good front but behind the scenes its a failing system. Now that my kids are in college, we lookback and are so grateful we were there somwhat early before the rapid decline. I dont know how anyone gets to school/work on timewhile kids suffer for it. "My commute is horrid. drive daily to SA on I10. Traffic has become unbearable. If we we did not own our business and building we would move. Have changed business hours to help. "

"We have lived in this neighborhood for 24 years and feel it is a safe place to live. We have horses and love the trails winding around the homes. “Most” people mind their own business and everyone pretty much lives in harmony."

"(2014) We have lived her for 14 years, and thoroughly enjoy the quiet, country-like living, but still close to everything we need. We especially enjoy the country club with its two challenging golf courses, and the white tailed deer which grace the countryside. Fair Oaks Ranch is a great place to live whether you are a new family or a retired couple. It features numerous living areas from older garden homes to new high-end homes in gated or ungated areas. There are many residents who have raised families here, who then choose to live here themselves. The country club offers all the amenities you would expect, such as tennis courts, pools, club dining, outdoor veranda and free-standing outdoor grille, entertainment of all kinds, including celebration of special events. It's a great place for weddings and receptions. You definitely want to visit if you are anticipating a move. "
