Bring your favorite people and let the breeze guide your heart.
* Living Room: step into an open floor plan that makes the living room a breezy place to kick back. Cozy up on the sofa and watch cable TV or stream your favorite apps in the flat-screen. A handy set of games to keep all the family entertained and a soothing white and sand color palette brings the hues of beach inside. The sofa can become a super comfortable queen bed if your friends or family are joining you as well, with top of the line comfort mattress and crisp white cotton sheets. You will open the main door to a happy place!
*Dining Area: Come dinnertime, the open layout definitely comes in handy. Cook up something delicious while the kids watch TV, the grandparents play a game of cards at the nearby dining table, and others hang out in the patio through the sliding glass doors. Then gather for dinner at the 6-person table inside or eat outside under the stars.
*Kitchen: The kitchen is sunny and cozy, with its retro look, ensuring you have everything you need. All new appliances and well-stocked cabinets, with everything you need to entertain at your leisure. Dining sets for 6, glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots and pans, baking dishes, baking and muffin trays, cookie sheets, and even a breakfast bar which includes: a Keurig coffee machine, a Bodum French coffee maker, toaster, blender, an electric kettle, all ready so that no one has to start the day unhappy. We leave you with a starter kit of our favorite K-cups, or grab some more at a nearby Winn Dixie grocery store. Of course, there is also a refrigerator, stove, microwave for you to use. The Laundry is upstairs in the den room, it has a washer and a dryer for you to use during your stay.
*Patio and Pool: Walking out of the living and dining room is everyone's favorite spot! a space to lounge, eat and stay over long conversations with a grill, and a beautiful relaxing outdoor eating area for lunch in the sun or dinner under the stars. In the outdoor storage box, please find the beach umbrella, chairs, as well as a cooler to take to the beach with cool drinks. Another more private space to relax outside is the upstairs balcony. And a few steps away is the pleasantness of the pool. And of course, the pool deck, where you will lounge and relax after a great soothing swim. The pool is not heated. Gorgeous all year round, like heaven on Earth!
Please note you have a set of stairs to access the second floor of the townhouse, where you find the master bedroom, master bathroom and den, and it does not have an elevator:
*Master Bedroom and Den: Every room at the Le Phare Key Biscayne beach townhouse has its charm! With top-of-the-line comfort mattress and crisp, white cotton sheets (no microfibers to protect the planet). Light blocking curtains let you sleep in, bedside reading lamps and flat-screens in every room are great for night owls. Our new flat screen TVs lets you watch local cable or stream your favorite Netflix shows and movies onto any of the TVs, as well as YouTube, Hulu, Amazon, and more.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with the Zinus mattress for a heavenly sleep, a closet and the master bathroom.
The den has a sofa bed, which is a twin bed, thought for children as well with games and books, and a PacknPlay for a little one (please bring your own baby linen).
*Bathrooms: The master bathroom on the top floor has a tub, double vanity's. The first floor bathroom by the foyer, with its blue elegance, has a shower, as well. We leave you with towels of course, and shampoo, conditioner, liquid bath soap, hand soap, body lotion, and beach and pool towels as well.
Parking: you will have TWO parking spots assigned during your stay.

RENT ANNUAL $4950
Condo Rules:
Please note that our condominium association requires a tenant application approval so give ample time for your reservation to make sure your approval clears on time for your arrival. There is an $100.00 application fee per head of family, and an $500 deposit (the deposit will be reimbursed with no damages). And a cleaning fee of $150 after you leave.
If you need to rent for a shorter term, condo allows 30 days minimum.
