2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt has been a lot of years since I went to school at Lockhart High. What I do know about the school today is that there is some generational teaching that is certainly to be commended. There may be some struggles they are having right now, but this is a very up and coming area. I am very seriously considering moving myself and my family back to Lockhart so that we can live in an area that I have a great affinity for. "Lockhart is so full of heart warming people. The town is small but so full of amenities, if not there within few miles. Austin airport is just short of 15-20 miles by way of toll road 183, San Marcos just 15 minutes away , SA 45 minutes and so many small, charming town to visit during the weekend are situated also a few minutes away. A grett place for a family "
