Posted by a community member on 12/13/2023We have had children at this school for four years now. The principal, Mrs Leonard, is truly amazing. She knows each child by name and you can tell she is someone who loves her job. She is always smiling and very engaged with the kids. The special ed department is a mixed bag, it really depends on which teachers you get. We have had a few issues we never had with AISD but overall it has been a decent experience. The school feels safe and like a good environment for students to learn and grow.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kids have attended this school since it opened. My 8th grader went through and we've never had any problems! All the teachers were great! My other son who is now in 5th grade now, never had any issues either. My daughter is in 1st grade there too. I've always been an active parent and involved in my kids classrooms. It's all about what you put into a school. There hasn't been any guns, machetes, knives taken to this school. The teachers love what they do and the students are passionate about learning.
