"Most dogs are used for security and locked behind fences. Some are not locked up will bark at you and come at you as you walk down the street. Some cross the street as if they own it. Right now the city is putting up sidewalks to make it safer to walk to school. This is nice so we can walk our dogs, ride bikes. I like walking my dog from time to time."

  • Bertha H.
"The safety of a neighborhood or community is based on the involvement of the families that live there. To keep it safe takes more than police officers cruising through for 5 mins twice a shift. Parents talking to parents and children pointing out the things that they see. When you move into a new area get to know your neighbors and ask questions. Neighborhood Watch isn't necessary when everyone is watching for their neighborhood. Keep out children, each other and homes under a concerned eye."
