Most of the owners live there at least half of the time. I am currently the Listor of a property in the area, my friend I used to visit is the owner, so I am really familiar with this almost on the beach, without the road noise neighborhood. "

There is a sense of community and health here; pedestrians range from first-timers to those who have enjoyed the system since before the sixties. It is at a terrific elevation -- not too cool or too warm -- and is just long enough to really get a thorough work-out. Toddlers take their first steps here and cyclists make the round-trip trek from ocean to Trail and back again -- A pleasant passage for everybody."
