    "My good friends lived here for 10 years, they never locked their doors. Almost half the owners live there full time, and they sort of regulate the vacation renters. Most of the owners live there at least half of the time. I am currently the Listor of a property in the area, my friend I used to visit is the owner, so I am really familiar with this almost on the beach, without the road noise neighborhood. "

    "People and pets exercise daily along this over 3-mile trail system. There is a sense of community and health here; pedestrians range from first-timers to those who have enjoyed the system since before the sixties. It is at a terrific elevation -- not too cool or too warm -- and is just long enough to really get a thorough work-out. Toddlers take their first steps here and cyclists make the round-trip trek from ocean to Trail and back again -- A pleasant passage for everybody."
