(per month) Any usage beyond said caps will be deducted from tenants' deposit. If deposit is not sufficient to cover the expenses, tenants agree to pay whatever bill is owed beyond the caps for the period of the rental. Owner will be responsible for cable and WIFI. Any movies ordered will be tenants' financial responsibility.
