4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhen my daughter first started this school her teacher was awful. She assigned a ton of homework (5 pages a day) for a 1st grader. My son would literally come home crying because he had so much homework. My child would come home constantly telling me stories about how mean his teacher was to the WHOLE class. However, once I brought this issue up to the Principle and Sectary they took swift action. Fast forward to now my child is in the second grade and his teacher is wonderful!! My child is actually excelling ever since he has been in Mrs. A's class. So, I've had my ups and downs with this school, but I can say with confidence that they are consistently trying to improve. Mrs. Sims is a wonderful woman who truly cares about her students.Parent Review7y ago - Richardson PREP HI Middle School

"The safety of a neighborhood or community is based on the involvement of the families that live there. To keep it safe takes more than police officers cruising through for 5 mins twice a shift. Parents talking to parents and children pointing out the things that they see. When you move into a new area get to know your neighbors and ask questions. Neighborhood Watch isn't necessary when everyone is watching for their neighborhood. Keep out children, each other and homes under a concerned eye."
