The Pinellas Trail is your back door and winds its way from north Pinellas County as the way to South St. Petersburg, Florida. If you are seeking short/long term housing and planning on moving to Florida, please email me here. As this is a seasonal rental the pricing here is lower for the summer months and shorter time period. If you are seeking a longer term rental pricing for a yearly lease would be adjusted accordingly. Seasonal Rental pricing for Jan - April 2025 will adjust as that is peak not shoulder season.

Proximity to airport - 25 miles to TPA (34 minutes) - 17 miles to St. Petersburg (PIE) about 30 minutes. Palm Harbor, Dunedin, are all within 15 minutes south of here. Business travelers - this is your home away from home. This is a 3 bedroom however the 3rd room can also be used as an office. I prefer all adults no college students or beer/keg parties please.

Plenty of day trips near by to local towns on the west coast of Florida. Shops, restaurants, beaches are close by. Tampa International Airport is just 30-40 minutes away. Enjoy beautiful Caladesi and Honeymoon Islands, Fred Howard Park located just 10 minutes away in Dunedin, Florida. Located in a gated community complete with a security.
Tarpon Springs is the last village and seaside town in North Pinellas County that is quiet and has a lot of small town charm. There are two down towns - Main Street just minutes away that you can walk to and the other has all the wonderful shops and streets filled with restaurants and Greek foods all along the Bayou and Sponge docks. We are known all over the county and for sure in Greece.

No Smoking; prefer adults; ideal for the business traveler or anyone who is moving or looking to move to Florida or may have accepted a position in their job. Also ideal for traveling/contract professionals. We are open to short and long term lease arrangements and remain open and flexible to other arrangements if necessary.
