"I feel safe in this neighborhood. Besides bike theft and occasional college student shenanigans, there is little crime. The biggest issue is the build up of trash from student houses. Road quality varies block to block, but that’s New Orleans. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood."

"Access to the Street Car and excellent schools and Oak Street amenities. Carrollton with its Live Oaks is a beautiful route to travel, and one can take the street car or walk or can cycle straight across East Carrollton to Tulane or Loyola Universities."
