"I live in Hobe Sound and moved here because this is a town in Martin County is not cluttered with noise and traffic. Hobe Sound is a great place to mingle with so many wonderful people. Homes in this area are beautiful. You get lots of value for the money when you buy an estate style home compared to buying in Stuart or Jupiter. The ocean is lovely and never congested. Boating and kayaking is top shelf!"

"Hobe Sound is quaint and quiet area surrounded by parks for everyone from wealthy to working class people. Very diverse for a southeast Florida village, a great place to raise a family, and extremely laid-back! This is not Palm Beach, Broward, or Dade County...please don't move here because you can get more for the money and try to change it. Many do and will meet local resistance. Like Hobe Sound as it or learn to accept it as is -or- you'll be extremely frustrated. Many people here are fighting to keep it as is for the last 1/2 century...quaint, peaceful, non-crowded, surrounded by nature, & a place of diversity. "
