I go above and beyond for my tenants to make sure your stay is everything you dreamed of , in fact I can provide References from past Renters and actually current renters who keep coming back .
5th floor corner unit with wrap around balcony makes it not to high but high enough to see the beautiful Indian River behind us .
King size bed in Master bedroom and guest bedroom 2 FULL size beds will be added 12/2023 .
This listing is on trulia and hotpads it's saying electric is included that is incorrect . I do not pay electric .
Attributes : 2 pools , ,Hot Sauna , club house with fitness center and also a community grill, Pickle ball , Tennis , Bocce and more .
In season the community takes tours to different events and cocktail hour with finger foods every Friday night . SDS residents become your friends . But if solitude is what your looking for SDS is also perfect for just kicking back and relaxing . It's further away from all the high rise condos and more private ......
So book soon and see why ALL units at SDS are so highly sought out to rent , and why people keep coming back ,THAT SAYS IT ALL !
Once you rent from me or anyone at SDS you will want to return . Jan / March will always be a 3 month minimum . We can discuss that further as far as arrival dates can be moved to Jan 5 / April 5. But always a 3 month minimum for those months .
Spring and summer differ in rent considerably . I give all my tenants 100% because I want you to enjoy your stay , I have REPEAT renters that would be happy to tell you about their time at SDS and my condo in particular .
Does NOT include electric and One time $180 cleaning fee and $150. application fee to Sand Dollar Shores . Rent fee is comparable to 3 other units in my building . It's a gated community with . We have 3 dvr . 3 smart tv .
All you need is your suit case the rest is available including fishing poles . And if you need something more all you have to do is ask !! Non
smoking unit BUT IS ALLOWED ON OUR PRIVATE WRAP AROUND BALCONY .
You must have a parking permit on your car (office will provide ).
We will be adding a 55 inch smart tv to the living room Dec 2023 .
I have rented to many wonderful people who have returned many times and would gladly tell you about Their experience renting from me, Because I really want your stay to be enjoyable and relaxing . So feel free to ask for References of past renters that actually still come back .

"Safe. Always improving when homes turn over. Friendly. Very little through traffic. Well patrolled Many bikers riding safely alone or with children. Lawns and properties well cared for. Loud music and/ or noises seldom a problem. Acceptance of community guidelines followed well 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀"
