The Outdoor area is a fan-favorite of the house. There is a huge pool equipped with tons of pool toys. The large lanai boasts a large sectional, two comfy lounge chairs, a bar-table that seats four and a new grill. This is the perfect place to spend afternoons after a morning at the beach! The backyard is like your own private jungle to explore and connect with nature or relax by the fire pit on a chilly evening.
The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed, a large closet, and a TV for extra relaxation. A ceiling fan tops this room off for a cool comfortable rest. The second and third bedrooms have comfy queen beds, spacious closets and lots of extra storage. These rooms also have a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night. You have a beautiful view of the jungle-like back yard and pool from the kitchen window. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer available on the property.
The SMART TV's do not have cable! Please use your personal Netflix, Hulu, Sling, etc. to watch your favorite shows and movies. I will provide you with a Personalized access code a few days prior to arrival. We live super close to the property and are available for anything you need during your stay. We love this property because of its proximity to the beach, downtown Sarasota and Venice. The location is fabulous! So close to everything you could need. We also love the large pool and huge backyard yard. It's a fun, private home we know you will enjoy!

"I don’t commute....retired. There are no sidewalks here and our street has a large amount of speeders making walking dangerous. Some neighbors park on the county right of way destroying our water flow/drainage which has caused flooding here. Many homes are unkept even though there is an active hoa."

"Wonderful community, close to Sarasota and all restaurants, cultural activities, etc. The condo development is a designated bird sanctuary. Nice pools, exercise room, community room. Good neighbors. What the development lacks is diversity. "

"I work here, belong to the club and have lived in the neighborhood for the last 12 years it is one of 5 golf communities I have belonged to and bar none my favorite due to the people that live here. They are multicultural, down to earth and just fabulous.
