I have met many people while out walking and just stopping to introduce myself and talking to folks. I believe a good neighborhood has people who not only take pride in their families, but also take care of their homes and yards. Bottom line our neighborhood is only as good as we make it! Why pay several hundred thousand dollars for a home if you are not going to take care of it. "
