"I have lived in this neighborhood for about seven years now; and I am looking to move in the near future. The crime and noise levels have increased, especially in the warmer months. The things I like about the neighborhood are that it is so close to the elementary school and there are several small stores in the neighborhood to pick up snacks. I like having off-road parking because people do tend to to speed even on the side streets, my car was hit on the passenger side when I had to park on the street because of icy road conditions. if you choose to move to this area, I would recommend having washer and dryer hookups inside of your apartment because it makes things much more convenient. "

"I have lived here for 6 years and at first it was ok now the crime rate went up so I'm no longer interested in living here. I want to live elsewhere. Sorry😔"
