    "Not the best neighbor hood to live in....especially to the north....many neighbors have had Vandalism...windows broke....people breaking in...I should know...I used to live at 855 fulton and am glad to be gone because of my kids. Make sure they let you know that you know that the roof needs major help and it has leaks .....and also mold in the basement"
