"I grew up in Mountlake Terrace and my parents owned a house there for 45 years. Like everything, it has changed quite a bit. But we always were blessed with great neighbors, we played outside growing up and it was close to the freeway to get north or south easily! It will always hold a special place in my heart. "

"MLT is as close as you can get to a small town in a big city. it's a great commute for couples were one person who works in Seattle and the other works on the eastside. it is, however, slowly losing it's small town feel."

"I've lived here for 59 years & love it. I'm not crazy about all of the senior housing being built & peeps being forced out of their homes for the Light Rail... But overall it's forever my home."
