Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, maple cabinets, and exposed original brick walls from the old 19th-century mill. Heat, hot water, and hospitality Wi-Fi are included. Additional amenities include up to one assigned parking space in a private lot, mini-split HVAC, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, clubroom, fitness room, bike storage room, and a private patio. On-site smartcard-operated laundry facility. Extra storage space is available for a modest fee.

Smoking in the building is strictly prohibited.

24-hour video surveillance for security and for lease/house rules enforcement to ensure a safe, secure, clean, healthy, and peaceful living environment for all tenants in the building. 4K surveillance cameras cover building entrances, all apartment doors, laundry room, hallway, atriums, clubroom, fitness room, bike room, parking lots, and outdoor areas surrounding the building.

Zelle/Venmo/CashApp electronic rent payments are mandatory.

No pets are preferred. However, one cat is allowed with an extra $30/month as added rent. Dogs and all other kinds of pets are not allowed.

Rent: $1,490/month with a 1-year lease. $50 discount if rent is paid in full by the 1st of each month.

The first month's rent and security deposit are due at lease signing.

    "Home is within walking distance to elementary school, with jr high and high school bus provision. Park is approx 10-15 min walk, so is public beach/life guards, on lake Opeechee. Swimming in Paugus bay, is a 5 min walk down the street. Streets are dead ends, so limited traffic and quiet. Great restaurants,a convenience store, and small library within 15-20 min walk. Marinas and golf coarse close by, again within walking distance."
