    "I've lived in this neighborhood for 5 years and it's Horrible. trashy people every where, nasty yards, junked up yards, trash all over the sides of the roads, empty lots over grown rotten houses that should have been torn down years ago and the drugs , addicts, and drug dealers are taking over.
