"There are a lot of homeless people, children should supervised. Fourth Ward is a very small area, as you get to Graham and Tryon, which border the neighborhood, there is traffic and other things you associate with downtown areas."

"My husband and I bought a condo here because of his job. We live in rural Georgia full time which we love, but coming to Charlotte is so easy and comfortable. The city here is so easy to navigate and full of interesting things to do. Fifth and Poplar is like staying in a hotel. It has all the best amenities and is so well run. Everything you need is here from the Harris Teater downstairs to the Epicentre Theater 5 blocks away, to the new Knights stadium. I can come here with my children and feel completely safe too, not like Atlanta! Can't say enough!"
