It definitely doesn't feel like your typical mobile home community. It's cheap to live here, but everyone takes pride in their homes. Great place for people with families and for retired people too. The lots are huge and there's tons of trees for privacy. It's right on the side of a mountain, so there's lots of wildlife and hiking trails around the community. "

Cost of living is through the roof and the flagstaff community only cares and builds for collage students. Larger families that have lived here their entire life are and have been moving out because it’s not affordable anymore. "
