There has been a huge movement in the community to better the schools and the to get more involvement throughout the district. There have been massive improvements and huge strides being taken to insure that all students are receiving the best possible education. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI brought my children back to Waldron mostly because district school failed them. My kids are ecstatic to be back at Waldron and have progressed so much better than they had at the district schools they attended. No school is perfect and teachers are not given enough credit for what they do. If Waldron was funded as much as other schools within city district, they would be able to do more for the students and staff. People are quick to judge a school system based on hearsay or circumstances they don’t have all information on. This is a small town school with little funding. If it wasn’t for the community surrounding this school, it would not succeed. Yes they can make improvements all around, but all schools can. No school, student, teacher, etc is perfect.We fully support Waldron school district. If you want your child to succeed, they can here. But parents need to push their children too. It’s not only the school that is responsible for your child’s future, YOU are the parent and are responsible for your children 100%.
