"Lots of crime and random homeless or drug addicts. Pretty much harmless but still lock your car and house at all times. Otherwise very affordable if your on a super tight budget. Plenty of places nearby to work or eat weather by car or foot or bus transportation "

"10 to 15 min. There are usually places to wait that have benches to sit on. I love where I live. I haves lived here for 14 years know and know many neighbors and the business owners are down to earth."
