Unit has a balcony for beautiful view and reserved car parking spots.

Renters (leasing applicants) pay water, gas and Electricity. Security deposit and 1 month rent $1800 is due while signing the lease. Small pets allowed with nominal fee $50 per month per pet (pet limit 1 max). HOA is $120 per month should be paid by Renters.

$50 will be applicable for late payments.

No smoking inside house and no pets.

House inspection will be scheduled during on requirement basis with prior notice to make sure property in good hygiene condition.

Any violations to the rules may incur to fine and evacuation from property as decided by the property owner.

Renters recommended to take the renters insurance to protect their personal items. Property Owner is not liable for any damaged personal item's compensation.

Renter has to inform the maintenance issues immediately to take appropriate actions. Maintenance requests will be taken care as soon as possible.
