"This neighborhood is a fairly nice neighborhood, although it has a City atmosphere, people don’t really talk to one another , if I were to say good morning to people , only about a 1/3 would say good morning back to me, most people won’t even respond to me, I get more manners at my apartment in Manhattan.. "
