" I have lived in ocean Grove for 11 years all those years I'm having a good time and treat it properly respectfully and gain new quality friends in the neighborhood and in town I do a lot of side work for them and it come and see me pretty well and in my worried reputation getting around and a good worker and que Sera Sera too beautiful to town"

"Lots of tourists in the summertime so it has a transient feel at times. I would be careful on the beach with younger kids by not letting them stray too far from your watch. "

"Have owned in Ocean Grove for 20 years. Lived there full time for 6 years. Currently rent to full time tenant. Living in Ocean Grove means having old world charm, the Atlantic Ocean, Asbury Park, Bradley Beach, Avon by the Sea, Belmar and Spring Lake at your feet or within walking or biking distance. The eateries, fairs, artistry, sunshine, ocean breeze and nearby Premium Outlets will keep you entertained always."

"Ocean Grove is a beautiful quaint historic town filled with Victorian homes and cottages, lovely shops and wonderful restaurants right on the Ocean! Events happen all summer long at the Great Auditorium and nearby Asbury Park, and Bradley Beach. Conveniently located 1 hour from NYC by train. "

"Great place to live. Quiet, peaceful beach town with quaint homes and shops. At the same time is walking distance to hipness with Asbury Park just a footbridge or boardwalk away. Only one hour and fifteen minute drive to Manhattan."
