"It’s very welcoming community, is the city, so you’re going to find that trash bins in your alleyway sometimes, however, the sense of family in the community is strong. Parents play with their kids in the park, people will gather for outdoor activities, jog, play with their dogs. For me, it’s a perfect blend. Just outside the mischief, but close enough when you need it."

"We have lived here for over 5 years now and could not be happier with our decision. With the opening of the West Rail Line and updates to 6th and Federal Blvd we've watched our home value as well as nearby values increase drastically.
