"The location is great, not too close, not too far from downtown, and near all the sights, It's a real neighborhood, very walkable with shops and stores nearby. I think my favorite thing about it is the charm, i love to walk around and look at the unique turn of the century buildings on the tree-lined streets."

"I typically bike or walk, I work a 3 min drive away but downtown doesn’t have a lot of parking. Bike lanes are fairly easy to come by if you know the right streets, and walking is easy if you avoid colfax."

"I drive to work. There is not a light rail close. There is a bus station but I use my car to go everywhere. I can’t really tell you a good way to commute from my area."

"This is not a family-friendly neighborhood. Most people I see out and about as well as those in my building are young, single party-types. That was me up until a few months ago when I found out I was pregnant. I will be moving west to the foothills/suburbia in August to foster a safer, happier life and future for my baby. Overall, denver/cap hill is just too loud, busy, and congested."

"So many dogs! Can be a blessing or a curse! People are generally friendly and so are their pets. The are a lot of little parks as well. "

"This is a very friendly area for walking dogs or owning animals. Be mindful of the traffic though. Sometimes at night can be a bit iffy but overall safe and comfortable. "

"Not a super kid friendly area. Better for young adults to established empty nesters. there is a very nice large park in the area. Lots of nice buildings and apartments but little parking space off-street and very few places with yards. "

"Cap Hill is truly an urban space...we regularly see people on the street who appear to struggle with homelessness and addiction. We encourage our son to be humble and respectful of their situations. "
