What sets our condo apart is that our cleaning is overseen by a nurse, all fabrics and surfaces are fully cleaned for each new tenant and it is locally owned and managed by the Owner to provide the best possible experience and customer service. (We have a 5/5 star rating on VRBO as a result.) The unit is also regularly maintained and updated for your comfort. You will also have complete access to both walk-in closets with ample storage for your personal belongings.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all your cooking needs to make a gourmet or create fast on the go meals. If you enjoy outdoor cooking, a commercial grade natural gas grill is located at the clubhouse with an indoor kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes full size appliances, air fryer oven, microwave, blender, coffee pot, full table ware and more.

The living area has two comfortable couches, large flat screen and Sonos sound bar. The dining area is furnished with a beautiful rustic buffet, table and seating for 4. The patio is furnished with a table and seating for 4 to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening adult beverage.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with a premium memory foam (medium firmness) mattress for your sleeping comfort. Two sets of linens are provided along with 4 pillows for your ultimate comfort.The master bedroom is also furnished with a flat screen TV, remote controlled ceiling fan, and two reading lamps. The master bath is furnished with a large walk-in closet, dual sink vanity, and private shower and toilet and includes two complete sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size pillow top mattress for your guests with two sets of linens. The bedroom also includes a flat screen TV, remote controlled ceiling fan, and two reading lamps, and large walk-in closet. From the bedroom windows you have an expansive view across the Tucson valley down to the Santa Rita Mountain Range.

The main bathroom includes a single sink vanity, toilet, and combination shower/tub. The bathroom is furnished with two complete sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes.

The laundry area includes a full size LG washer and dryer along with household cleaning supplies .

Canyon View is located 5 - 7 minutes in either direction from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, golfing and more. For an evening out at U of A or downtown Tucson, a 20 minute drive is all that is needed. If you love the outdoors hiking, biking, golfing, tennis or lounging at the pool, this is the spot. There are 100+ miles of paved off road bike trail along the washes are all within minutes from the front door. This location is quiet, serene and secure
