3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school has changed tremendously, since I have last gone as a student. One of my main concerns were bullying and that is something that is not taken seriously at this school. The school felt that it was appropriate to send out a message that received a lot of hate for “ protect the hive, keep it outside.” What kind of motto is that telling kids to fight away from the school as well as they have a new rule due to the mass amount of face that have happened they have implanted a rule if the students don’t fight for a week they get half a day on Fridays. This is just not right for the students that want to go to school and learn. I would not recommend this school to any child seeing as though bullying is something they don’t really care about.Parent Review1y ago - Horace Mann No. 6 Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI think Horace Mannn is an absolutely amazing school. I really think the rating great schools is giving is giving Horace Mann justice. There is soo much more to this school that meets the eye. I am a student in Horace Mann. This school is on top of bullying. There is barely any. And if there is the Guidance Counselor is on the case. The principle is absolute Wonderfull. She considers each student as their own person. The teachers are wonder full. Their is none treating someone unfairly except one 7th grade teacher. I will not name. But she isn't very professional and takes part in student gossip. I definitely wish I complained against her but its way to late now. Other than that. The teachers in this school try to get the best out of you without rigging the system like some of my other schools I have been into. I love this school and am so happy to be a tiger. This in my opinion is the best school in Bayonne if you don't count the G&T programs at Oresko.Student Review4y ago - Check out schools near 659 Avenue E.
