N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child experienced the worst school year by far during her education so far. Principal and assistant principal are very unprofessional. Teachers are fighting each other. Staff are rude. Learning is not a priority. Celebrating achievements are a joke for these administrators.Parent Review9mo ago - Ross Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averageross is a great school for my kindergarten i would like her to stay at that school until she is out of school the only problem that i do have is the parking when school lets out you can't find a parking space cars will block you in therefore you cannot get out. The school have so much space that is not being used they should try to expand the lot and my only other issue is when it rains it would take 30 min before they let any one out because they are calling each child name one at a time.. But other than that i love this school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Parent Review11y ago - Kirby High School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMost people always talk about kirby high school in a bad way. They say "the kids at kirby is bad", "the teachers are not teaching the students right", "the administers can't control the kids"...etc. But all of this is not true, there's alot of kid that are disrespectful, not because of the school its because of their parent or parents are not raising them up right. The first time i heard of this school all i heard was bad and nagetive things. At first i was scared to come to this school because if the negative reports, but every since i have deen here the school has been getting beter by Dr Willia (principle). There academic scores are going up and their sports programs are getting better through the man rise program (Germantown baptis church). People, schools, the comunity and memphis look at kirby and say the negative things, but never looks at the good things kirby students had done. I promis you, if you find the good things kirby has done you will be shocked because you never hear the good things. Last but not least Dr Williams has done a more than great job with kirby high and the students. They are realy moving for good to great.Other Review9y ago - Check out schools near 6556 Rocky Park Dr.

"They would like the fact that there are others dogs within the community, majority owned. They won’t like that there are numerous stray cats if they have a dog that loves to chase randomly. Especially if they have a dog who’s capable of jumping fences. "

"We do trick or treat here in Halloween. Few neighbors have gatherings. Children walk home from Kirby High and Hickory Hill Middle. Sadly so, gunshots fire, so get inside at night. Overall, it tends to be quiet."

"Nothing. The neighbors aren't friendly especially if you are renting. Not very family oriented either, seem to be more concerned about minor car repair than gun shots and car break instead."
