"It’s animal friendly, but there are no sidewalks. So, you have to find a trail or place to walk your dog. Perk, most homes have enough property that dogs do not need to be walked"

"Heavy traffic in the morning and late afternoon. 10 minute drive to get anywhere. There are no traffic lights but there are a ton of stop signs. "

"Rancho a Santa Fe, is a rural community with large lots often having citrus groves. The area was planted with Eucalyptus trees that makes the area have a uniquely beautiful landscape. It is only a five minutes from the beach , Mountain View’s and is know for one of the most perfect climates in the USA. "

"Rancho Santa Fe is an amazing area with the perfect location. It feels more like the secluded small towns in Northern California but just a few minutes to some of the coolest and family friendly beach towns in North County San Diego. Close fwy access but yet feels like you are so far away from the hustle and bustle. Don’t be surprised to pass by people on horseback riding along trails beside the main streets. Large homes, large lots, orchards, tons of trees and greenery. Incredibly well kept community with phenomenal schools and people. "

"This is the only neighborhood in SD with ocean views from the hill tops. Homes are mostly built in a Tuscan style so you feel that you have arrive in Italy. Must come to see this amazing area. A lot of privacy with large flat lots on the slopes."

"Dogs and their owners are both enjoying Rancho Santa Fe natural landscapes and the serene environments here. The percentage of dog owners seem to be high as well. May not be the paradise for pets, however, I see enough happy dogs wandering around with their owners for sure."
