"People have get togethers at Halloween. And we have a few community yard sales. Most residents here are very friendly and always stop to say hi or make a small conversation. Lots of dog walkers and children. A lot of the back yards are sparsely wooded so the children love to play out back. "

"There is no public transportation in this area. I recommend you have a car. No sidewalks either. However, people drive slow in the neighborhood knowing people will be walking/running on the street!"
