"We just moved into the neighborhood however we lived in the area in neighboring Clara Barton and I must say this area is under going a transformation in a positive way. There's a good mix of families, commuting professionals, senior citizens and empty nest homes. Many older homes are being remodeled and expanded and homes on larger lots are being subdivided to make way for larger newer homes. The major factors supporting demand is: IMMEDIATE access to all major highways in any direction (literally at the crossroads of NJ), Major shopping (Woodbridge & Menlo Malls) and neighborhood convenience's (YMCA & other gyms and community centers), Restaurants (large and small), Parks (most in the area), and a good balance of beginner homes and large family homes. The school systems are good but not great, yet there's many options for schooling from private, public, parochial and charter's within a very reasonable distance. Downtown area is under going a major transformation with more popular brands and spaces being utilized for small area shopping. The Township itself is and has been in high demand and has been strong throughout the down turn for both commercial and residential development. The area overall is very good and has the potential to be great... Get on the bandwagon before it's too late.. take care and good luck!"
