Downtown is less than 1 mile away. With lots of shopping less than 2 miles away. Our new library is approximately 1 mile from my neighborhood, and there are churches everywhere. Architecturally you can find most anything you want, In many price ranges.The crime rate is really low, and Farmington is the county seat. BJC hospital is Relatively new and is located right on Highway 67. Your 3 miles away from one of the larger state parks, nearly 10,000 acres in size. Lots of restaurants, and Farmington is the hub for shopping in southeast Missouri."
