This duplex with backyard is carefully considered and impeccably appointed, each exquisite residence exudes a refined timelessness designed with an elevated allure in mind. The kitchens at The Leah suggest a luxe modern California esthetic with custom cabinetry framed by a sleek combination of matte white and oak cabinet finishes. "I’ve lived in this neighborhood directly facing Prospect Park for 12 years. The neighborhood has wonderful attributes with access to the park, Botanical Garden, Zoo, library and museum being very high on the list. Many aspects of the neighborhood have deteriorated as well. The entrance to the park area has crime, homelessness, littering and over crowding in the warmer months. We are leaving this neighborhood after suffering many of these issues. Mainly our dog has become very anxious because of all-night sound and fireworks throughout the summer nights. If you have no dog and no young babies it is worth checking out."

"It’s better than some for sure. Gorgeous view of the Brooklyn Bridge when you cross the east river via the Manhattan Bridge B/Q. Both lines run fairly well and are rarely so crowded that you can’t get on. It is still commuting in New York, however, so delays are coming because the MTA is in disrepair and is struggling to deal with the volume of travel. "
