The kitchen has all the modern conveniences of home, dining area with bench style seating. In the main level additional living area you will find, game table, smart TV, Pac Man Game, & walk out to screened in porch with bubbling hot tub.
The lower level has recreation room area with pool table, more living area, &. fourth bedroom adjacent off from rec area with Queen Bed, & bathroom.
The house is a few minutes drive from the Morganton area, & about 25 minutes from down Blue Ridge.
The view in winter months opens up to a beautiful lake cove view!

"Most dog owners in my area of Morganton are respectful to their neighbors & their fur babies !!! Additionally multiple large tracts unfenced ... if dogs happen to get lost ....all work hard to reunite "
