Focus more on the positive and re-direct versus always being negative and 'nit picking' every detail of the day. Kids need to have positive reinforcement to feel good about themselves instead of always being 'in trouble'. When a 'problem' is brought to you, address it instead of 'shoving it under the rug' and 'it's always the kids fault'. "This is a great town to raise kids. The schools are amazing and the community has a lot to offer. It is nice being close to larger towns/cities. This town keeps it's quiet small town feel...even though it is growing quickly. All in all, it is a very peaceful friendly town. "
