"👍🏻 everything is walkable. All the people are friendly. Lots of neighborhood amenities. Walk to the ocean, park, library, restaurants, shops. "

"This house is 1.5 miles from ocean, great restaurants from .5 to just a few miles away, the subdivision is quiet, friendly with minimal association involvement. Not only are there views of the lake, there is access to the lake for kayaking/canoeing (the lake connects to canals leading the bays!). The porch is actually a three season sunroom complete with vinyl windows and screens along with an AC/heat unit. During the summer, the town trolley provides 25 cent rides to the beach on an approximate 30 minute basis throughout the day."
