Application fee is $50 per adult. You need to make income that is 3x of rent. No eviction/bankruptcy/criminal history in the past 5 years. If you plan to rent it out, you don't need to submit an application. (just need ID and paystub)

Tenants pay electricity, water and trash. Sewer/Landscaping included in rent.

2 pets maximum. One time $150 pet registration fee per animal and $25 monthly pet fee. Aggressive breed such as pit bull or husky are not allowed. If tenant buys the home for cash, the pet fee is waived.
