"I have lived in Levittown a little over a year. My block did a very cute block party over the summer. I would feel comfortable continuing to raise my son here a lot of schools are walking distance from where we live as well as shops and restaurants. Levittown is very centrally locates in Nassau County so it’s pretty close to everything and roads like Hempstead Turnpike have everything you could ever need. "

"The history in this area is kind of unique. The houses were built for the military people coming home from wwll They were all built on slabs and at the time looked almost identical. Now there’s been so much updates that it’s hard to even see the original Architecture. There is also an almost identical town in PA. They are both called Levittown. "

"That’s a very nice family oriented neighborhood with really good schools. It’s also very safe. I’ve lived here my whole life and I’m almost 37 and I could and would stay and raise my children here. Plus it’s close to the beaches and not far from the city or the Hamptons. It’s a Pete t spot to be. Any store ect you need is also right down the street. "

"Great schools, keep kids busy with sports, dance, theatre and learning. Hofstra and Adelphi very close, LIRR 10 minutes. Careful buying a Levit home. Material and labor used to build these homes are poor. Leave $ for renovations. "
