The oversized living room has a leather sectional couch and 65 inch TV.

Both bathrooms were tastefully updated including walk-in showers with premium glass tile and river rock floors. There is plenty of workspace including a desk and large dining room table. A utility room has extra storage space with a washer/dryer and there is an abundance of closet space throughout the home.

12 month lease preferred, but 6+ month lease is negotiable.

It's an active-yet-quiet place and the are a couple of grocery stores and a few eateries very close by, and major shopping areas and chain-type restaurants are not too far. Not in the middle of the hustle & bustle, but easy access to it when you want."
