The property is well maintained with lots of landscaping and plants to adorn it. The lease is dependent on credit and HOA requirement approvals. Directions: Take the Turnpike feeder then turn onto Splendido Way, turn right on Santa Margarito Drive, then turn right onto Sunberry Cir. Follow the road. The house is on the left-hand side.

The owner pays for the lawn care, the tenant pays for all other utilities, such as water, trash and electricity. No smoking in the house! The home will be unfurnished! This is a yearly lease!     "lots of nearby stores, restaurants and lakes. Two parks also, and one even has a swimming pool. I lived here for many years and it is a nice area but bad people inhabit it. My father's house was robbed multiple times and he even had an alarm system sign out front."
