Looking to rent out an entire single house for $2,500/ month! It's 3,000 square ft! Lease is renewed every year automatically. Tenant is to notify landlord 30 days beforehand of not wanting lease renewed. Currently the previous tenant is in the process of moving out. Touring dates and availability to rent this property out starts on May 1st of 2024.
We ask you please fill out the application before scheduling a tour!
Pets are allowed. Theres a pet deposit of $30 for each pet which you will get back when you move out. The pet deposit is in case of pet damages.

We dont tolerate late payments , If late more than 7 days, we will charge $30 per late day. After a week of not paying we will, put up notice to move out within 30 days.



-Private landlord: background checks and credit checks are done when you fill our the application.

-Security Deposit: same amount as rent: $2,500- If there's no property damage and the house is clean when you move out you can get the whole $2,500 security deposit back!
